Important Changes at our Hilldale Location
 After 28 years, the lease for our Hilldale location is coming to an end and we are unable to renew in our present location. While several other storefronts within the Hilldale Mall were investigated, none were found that would allow us to continue to meet our customers’ needs while remaining in the mall. As a result the decision has been made to expand our Mineral Point Road location and consolidate all of our services & staff. Our Mineral Point Road location is located at 7830 Mineral Point Road in Madison (see additional details, map & driving directions).
All portrait images & orders from our Hilldale location will continue to be available during and after this change; no images or orders will be disposed of or deleted. A schedule of moving dates for various services will be available soon. For questions about specific services, please see below for the best way to contact us.
In the meantime, we want to assure our customers that the same photographers, staff, and services that you have enjoyed at our Hilldale location will continue to be available at our Mineral Point Road location (during and after the move). While this is a slight geographical change for some customers, the benefits include shorter turnaround times* for both digital prints & portrait studio orders, in-store scanning services, and more.
As part of this change, our Mineral Point Road location will be expanded to provide greater studio availability. Additional products and services also will continue to be added in the coming months; another benefit of having all of our talented employees under one roof.
We understand that there are bound to be some questions regarding this change, and we are more than happy to help. Back Up Your Photos for National Photo Month
May is National Photography Month! With the recent spring weather we have seen some beautiful days for taking new photos as well as some powerful storms. The thunder & lightning can be impressive, but it can also be a threat to your electronics – including your computer!
We encourage our customers to back up their digital photos. There are many great backup methods available including external hard drives, internet services, and archival CDs. To celebrate National Photo Month, we’re offering some great savings on backing up your photos to CD/DVD!
According to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), the average CD should last between 5 – 25 years.
