HAVE NOT RECEIVED PRE-PAID CARD OR PIN: Pre-Paid Cards/PINs typically take 24-hours to arrive via e-mail. If you purchased a pre-paid card over 24 hours ago and it still hasn't arrived, we encourage you to contact the store from which you purchased the pre-paid card. PhotoExpress does not have a record of the ownership of any PIN that we did not sell directly.
LOST PINS AND PRE-PAID CARDS: If you have lost your PIN, or cannot locate your purchase we encourage you to contact the store where you made your original purchase. PhotoExpress does not have a record of the ownership of any PIN that we did not sell directly.
WHAT IS A PRE-PAID CARD: The terms "pre-paid card" and "pin" on our website refer to a 10-Digit code that may be redeemed for prints of digital photos on our website. These codes may have been purchased, or may have been received as part of a package or other offer. Some vendors may refer to these cards/pins as "free prints". When you redeem a pre-paid card, an account is created for you with a credit equal to the value of your pre-paid card.
EXISTING USERS: If you have already redeemed your pre-paid card or PIN, it is no longer needed. A credit for the value of your PIN has been added to your account, which is tied to your e-mail address. To log into an existing account, click here.
